I've been helping people with their technology needs since childhood when I helped my grandmother become comfortable with using a cordless phone and cable TV remotes (new technologies back then). 
 

I take the intimidation out of using new technologies like streaming boxes and social media and help people to better understand and utilize the amazing digital tools available to us by putting things in terms that are easier to understand that the techno-talk used by other technology "experts."
